Last night I slept wrong and now I have a crick in my neck on the right side and it feels like it’s continuing down my back a little!
How can I get this uncomfortable feeling to go away?!
And I work at the front desk all day so I feel like sitting is making me notice the discomfort more! I do try and walk around sometimes but I can’t be away from the desk too long! Ugh!
Help please! Any suggestions?!
