I’ve been trying to include more fruits and veggies in my diet!
Today I brought celery and tomatoes sprinkled with sea salt to work! I also have a little bit of roasted red pepper hummus for dipping!
It was so good! This may be my go to snack! 😁
Do you Snack throughout the day? What do you snack on?
I love tomatoes as well as nuts and raisins as snacks – making your own”healthy” trail mix is always good as well (you can fill it with things you like)

Love tomatoes! Haven’t eaten them in a while, though. I practice intuitive eating so tomatoes haven’t been on the ingesting radar 😆. I am starting to crave them which means this vessel is in need of what they have to offer. Thank you for the confirmation, Brittany 😊
