I cant believe it’s February already! Time keeps flying by! I hope everyone is still keeping up with their New Year Resolutions!
I’ve been doing my best to trying to continue doing my at home workouts at least twice a week. Sometimes I get lazy but what I’ve been doing recently is doing workouts and/or stretches during the time that I’m watching a tv show or movie. It’s actually been working out well for me too!
Another resolution I had was to learn how to relax and have “me” time. I like being productive when I have “down” time but I tend to go overboard and overload myself with too many things to do. So I took a chill pill and now have a better balance of productivity and relaxation time under control LOL!

You and l have the same resolution – sometimes l feel like l overwork myself and never get to just relax so that’s what I’m trying to focus on now 🙌. I hope you enjoy your month too hun 💖

Yes! We need a mental break sometimes! Ive been doing meditation using the Mindfulness app which has been a big help! You should try it out! Thanks for reading and commenting 😊
