  • Wake up & take 3 deep breaths
  • Reflect on 3 things you are grateful for
  • Drink a cup of water to hydrate, then shower
  • Meditate for 5 minutes
  • Stretch your body with a quick yoga routine
  • Write down 5 realistic goals for your day
  • Right before leaving your home, say this to yourself:

“Today is filled with blessings and I open my heart to receive them”
