It happens to all of us at some point and we should try and bring more structure to the areas of our life that seem out of balance.
Reassess the priorities you have in your life and decide where you want to spend your time and energy in order to stay true to your goals. =)

When I feel unbalanced I just want to rest. Sometimes my mind doesn’t stop and I need to shut it down. Listen to meditation music.

Melatonin is a sleep supplement, not addictive. Or try chamomile tea. Consider including daily fitness into your routine. All of these options help to silence the mind so you can get quality sleep that you deserve. That’s how I conquered feeling unbalanced. Best ๐ wishes. ๐
