Yummy Lunch!

Had a nice vegetarian lunch today. Veggie medley that included mushrooms, zuchinni, red onions, garlic with chickpeas. Added some chopped tomatoes, avocado, spinach all over brown rice. It was so delicious!

Quick And Easy Avocado Toast Recipe!

The reason why I enjoy avocado toast is because it’s easy to make and you don’t have to clean a bunch of dishes after you’re done haha!

Here’s what you do:

-Toast your favorite bread to your liking.

-Carefully cut in half your avocado and spread it on the toast.  I always do my happy dance when I cut it open and see that there’s no brown spots, but it’s that beautiful green color! =D

-Add whatever spices you like! I added salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes for a nice kick!

And  now you’re ready to eat and enjoy this easy, filling avocado toast!

For a refreshing side, I made a bowl of chopped up bananas, blueberries, a sprinkle of granola, topped off with a drizzle of honey!

Such an easy and delicious meal that you can enjoy anytime of the day!

Avocado Toast Breakfast! 

Avocado Toast seasoned with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes.

Fruit Bowl: blueberries, banana, vanilla almond agave flavored granola sprinkled with a little honey!

I made this for the first time and it’s so delicious!!! You guys HAVE to try this!!! 😋

Bacon and Peanut Butter?! Weird Food Combinations That Are Delicious! 

1. Avocado and Chocolate

3. Dark Chocolate and Parmesan Cheese

Out of crazy weird combos, I would try out the bacon and peanut butter since I’m a fan of both. It’ll probably have a sweet and salty taste to it! 

Avocado and chocolate sound interesting! They’re both soft and have a creamy taste so this could work.

The only combo that I’m a little thrown off by is the orange and olives! Olives have such a tangy taste and firmer texture. Oranges are a have a slight tang but are still sweet so I’m not sure how these two items would taste together. 

So what do you guys think of these food pairings?!

My husband told me that he discovered that the seed of an avocado has more nutrients than the part that we normally consume! I was like “What?! Really?! So I decided to look it up for myself and share the benefits with you lovely people! =)
