5. Be brave to be authentically you, the world wouldn’t be the same without you
Life has been getting super busy for me lately. So I’ve been trying to fit in my yoga where I can!

This is a perfect example to show that we are all connected. We all impact each other in some kind of way. The mental, emotional, and physical health of ourselves can indirectly or directly effect those around us, even strangers. So it is important that we transform for the better in order to have a positive impact on the world around us. Peace!
