What I Drink In The Morning To Start My Day Off Right! 😊

In the mornings, I’ve been drinking warm tea to get a good start to my day!

I’ve actually been brewing sage and thyme for my tea and adding the tea packets to that brew. I’ll normally add Yogi’s “Cold Season” or “Detox” tea for added benefits. Here are the awesome benefits of drinking sage and thyme tea!
