2 Ways To Stimulate Hair Growth With Peppermint Oil!

Peppermint oil is far more concentrated than almost every other essential oil!

Peppermint oil stimulates hair growth because it increases blood circulation around the scalp.

When blood is flowing, the nutrients from your body can feed your hair follicles more effectively!

WAYS TO STIMULATE HAIR GROWTH WITH PEPPERMINT OIL

1. Peppermint Oil Scalp Massage

Add 2 drops of peppermint oil to one tablespoon of a carrier oil (like jojoba, coconut, olive oil, etc) and massage mixture into your scalp for about 30 seconds. If the tingling is too strong, add more of the carrier oil to your scalp.

Leave oil mixture on scalp for about 20 minutes then wash thoroughly.

2. Add Peppermint Oil To Shampoo Or Conditioner

Add about 4-6 drops to every one ounce of shampoo or conditioner. Massage the shampoo/conditioner into scalp as you normally would do.

As long as it doesn’t cause irritation, you can add peppermint oil to your shampoo wash time you wash your hair! Not only will it stimulate hair growth, but your scalp will feel fresh and alive! Woohoo!

Make sure to test a small section of your scalp with the oil mixture just in case there is any irritation.
