I have been trying to use social media to be productive and use it as a way of learning and connecting with like minded people!
For 2021, I will be starting a FB group with topics surrounded around:
-Spirituality (no specific religion)
-Sharing Your Favorite Music
-Self Improvement Videos
I wanted to start this FB group so that I can have the ability to share what I’ve learned through my self care journey and be able to interact with others and hear their experiences on this life journey as well!
I feel like it’ll be more personable and I’ll be able to connect better with people! And it’s also a way for other people connect to each other as well!

As you spend time with your loved ones during this holiday season, challenge yourself and add something unique and positive to your current traditions. I believe this can make the family bond much stronger.

So this is the last month of this crazy year that we’ve had! Can you believe it?!
I’m making it a priority to go into the new year with an improved mindset. I also want to just be open to flowing with whatever decides to come along.
I wrote in my journal on December 1st and outlined the old things that I want to release and bring in new energy of growth and maturity!
I hope we all can make December a great month and finish the year off on a positive and happy note! =)

rejuvenate to help maintain your body’s
What is grounding?
A therapeutic technique involving activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect you with earth.
This exercise help you to absorb the positive energy from the earth and makes you feel more calm and at ease.
If it’s weather permitting, take some time today to take off your shoes and walk barefoot in the grass for at least 5 minutes to ground yourself. Feel the ground beneath you, breathe, and be in the present moment. Admire everything that you see, hear, and feel.
If you can’t go outside, here are a few other grounding techniques to try:
Breathe deeply: slowly inhale then slowly exhale. Do this exercise for 7 breaths and notice how more relaxed you feel after!
Move your body: turn on your favorite song and let your body flow freely. Focus on how your body feels with each movement!
Make yourself laugh: watch a funny animal video, a comedian or funny tv show that will make you chuckle your heart out! Be in the moment and appreciate your ability to loosen up and enjoy yourself.
