Life has been getting super busy for me lately. So I’ve been trying to fit in my yoga where I can!
I like doing the Sun Salutation sequence, which I made a video of all the details showing what it actually is!

Yoga Stretches With A Twist!
Is yoga a part of your daily or weekly routine?
This morning my husband was bringing our laundry bags to my car. He either moved the wrong way or stepped a certain way that made him come to a dead stop and drop the laundry bag! He said “My back!”. I’m like ohh no! He said that his lower back was in pain and his left leg was bothering him as he walked.
I put the laundry bags to the side and walked with him to his car. He said he’ll use his heated seats to see if that’ll help him make it work. Well folks, the heated seats didn’t make a difference and he had to go back home because he was in too much pain!
So I researched a few stretches that should help soothe his back. I’ll do those on him once I get home from work. I’ll try to do whatever else I can. If his back is not better by tomorrow then I’ll take him to the doctor. I know that injuring your back is no joke so I want him to get better as soon as possible.
