I like doing the Sun Salutation sequence, which I made a video of all the details showing what it actually is!

Yoga Stretches With A Twist!

Is yoga a part of your daily or weekly routine?

Easy Morning Stretches!

Most of us are quarantined at home or working from home, so we tend to not move around as much as we normally would on a regular basis. This can lead to stiff muscles and joints and we definitely don’t want that! What’s been working for me is the fact that I incorporate yoga stretches into my daily schedule.

I do a sequence (or flow) called Sun Salutation which originated in India. This flow helps improve blood circulation and strengthen the physical body. I like the sequence because it is something quick that should take no more than 5-10 minutes, but I encourage you to do the sequence a few times if you have the time.

Here is a diagram below that lays out all the yoga stretches. I’ve also provided a YouTube link so you can see the moves in motion. If you are not very flexible, you can modify these poses to be comforting for you.

I guarantee that after doing this sequence, you will feel so much better and your body will thank you for it! Have you tried doing any yoga poses during this quarantine? If so which ones work the best for you? Comment below!
