I’m One Day Behind!

Hello December! Yes yes I know I’m a little tardy to the party but better late than never haha!

November has been busy for me. I moved to Virginia Beach a few months ago so I’ve been settling into my new place and the area and learning where all the hot spots are!

Also, my parents and little sister came to visit for Thanksgiving so that was nice to see them and we had a great time! Everytime we get together, we always play Heads Up!

Have you played that game before?! It’s like charades but you have to give the guesser clues on what the word is that they have to guess. Plus there are so many different categories that you can choose from! It’s so much fun!

I’ve also gotten into crocheting recently! So far I made 2 winter hats, a headband and infinity scarf set, and now I’m working on making a nice cozy blanket just in time for winter season! If you want to see all the things that I’ve crocheted, let me know and I’ll share them in a new post! =D

Hope you all enjoyed your November! =)

5 Common Winter Health Problems And Their Solutions! Part 3 – *Asthma Attacks*

Asthma is one of the most common respiratory illnesses in the United States, and one common trigger becomes more prevalent in winter.

Solutions:

If you have asthma and intend on spending time outdoors, be sure to cover your nose and mouth with a scarf to keep from breathing in the cold, dry air.

Drink caffeinated black or green tea or coffee to help open your airways. Caffeine has the ability to improve breathing function and can help with an asthma attack when you don’t have your inhaler with you.

Hint for Part 4: someone can experience mood changes which can cause this seasonal disorder! Hmm what could it be? 🤔
